DELTA STATE CORPERS BATTLES INEC

 It is certainly obvious that the corps members in Delta state are not happy with the Independent National electoral commision (INEC) training officials in Delta state, Asaba to be precised.

 

These geared out after the corps members found out that other corp members in other states have recieved their INEC training allowance whereas the reverse is the case in theirs.

 

The training which ended around february  has been re-slated for another training starting from March 18 to the 20th. According to the officials and training committes, this is to refresh the memories of the corpers on what they have previously learnt as well as touch certain areas they might have missed out.

 

According to one of the corp members, the idea dint go well with him but he has to attend in order not to make his previous efforts fruitless. Many also expressed that they feel caged and compelled since they barely know how much they will be paid for the training which other corps members around the federation have recieved.

 

We therefore appeal to the NYSC and INEC officials in Delta state to hasten up about this payment so that corps members can learn and work effectively in a week time for the 2015 general elections.
